New Jersey Business Magazine has reported that J&J Snacks will be the first business to lease space within the new LogistiCenter in Woolwich Township. They will be leasing approximately 200,640sqft in the building located at 2062 U.S. Route 322.

The space will be used for manufacturing and distribution, adding 90 new jobs to Southern New Jersey. The lease will start in the fourth quarter of 2022.

J&J Snacks is a New Jersey-based company with it’s headquarters located in Pennsauken. It is the producer and distributor of notable snack foods such as SuperPretzel, ICEE, and Luigi’s Italian Ice. Publicly traded since 1986, it currently employs around 4,200 employees in 12 states.

LogistiCenter is a three-building-industrial park in Woolwich Township, Gloucester County where it covers over one million square feet. It is owned by Dermody Properties, a private equity real estate investment and management company based in Nevada. It has a regional office in Morristown.
