Coca Cola and Jack Daniels have teamed up to create Jack and Coke in a can, and it’s sure to be a hit among tailgaters and backyard partyers. But here in the states, we’ll have to wait until next summer to enjoy it.

The whole thing comes out of a collaboration between the Coca Cola Company and the Brown Forman Corp., owners of Jack Daniels. The pairing was already a classic cocktail, as well as a massively popular one, and so both companies saw the incredible opportunity creating a ready-made drink presented.

“Coca-Cola perfectly complements Jack Daniel’s and our existing RTD offerings, enabling us to accelerate expansion and continue to grow our business around the world.”, said Brown-Forman president and CEO, Lawson Whiting.

It will start out as 5% ABV, but may go higher or lower depending on the market, with a zero-sugar option available at the same time. Rollout is set for late 2022 and will start in Mexico. Eventually, it will be distributed globally.

“We keep consumers at the center of everything we do as we continue to develop our portfolio as a total beverage company, and that includes new products with our iconic Coca-Cola brand,” said James Quincey, Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company.

Thank you, Mr. Quincey, and cheers to you!
