A new series of posts will be coming out that will help to understand New Jersey’s food laws and regulations. It will serve mostly to help those that endeavor to start a food business in the state, but will be very helpful for anyone working within its food industry.
Each post will focus on one law or regulation, as well as some posts that will deal with the history of how these regulations came to exist.
While they will serve to inform prospective business owners and workers, it is hoped that the posts will also help to inform the public, because an informed public is a safer public. Knowledge of state food regulations will give customers the awareness needed to make better decisions on where they choose to eat.
